Sam Lewis is a Vice President, co-leader of A.T. Kearney’s Procurement practice in ANZ and is also a member of their global Procurement Leadership team. He has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience, with the majority of that time focussed around all key aspects of procurement. Sam brings to the table both a breadth and a depth of experience, including delivering large-scale procurement & change transformations, strategic sourcing, organisational redesigns, operational effectiveness, e-sourcing and category management solutions. His clients span multiple industries, including financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, utilities, aviation, automotive, mining, waste, oil and gas, business services, retail, and consumer products.
Prior to re-joining A.T. Kearney in Australia, Sam spent approximately 10 years working for one of Europe’s leading procurement consultancies and he spent his formative years working in industry for a global manufacturer in a number of production and operational roles. Sam holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons.) from the University of Nottingham. He is based in A.T. Kearney’s Melbourne office. Outside work, Sam enjoys family life with his four young children and when possible getting on his bike for some cycling.
