Anthony English, IT Consultant for Large Enterprise critical systems, IT Down Under Pty Ltdanthony-english150

Anthony has been working on IT consolidations and data migrations for around 20 years. Unlike many IT specialists, he is able to work with marketing teams, supply chain managers, procurement … and IT. He understands that most managers aren’t the least interested in the technical details, as long as it solves their particular problem.

You naturally want to see the IT project as a solution to a business problem. You may find that some aspects of the project aren’t actually worth doing at all.

With a 20 year career in both the corporate world and advisory, Anthony will examine the rationale for the automation project, what he calls the “Why conversation”. If you’re looking for someone to give you some straight, independent advice as you embark on an IT consolidation project, reach out to Anthony.
